1/23/08: ‘A Winter Feast’ – Seasonal Cooking Class (6-8pm)

Come bring in the new year at the Garden and enhance your winter recipe collection. A resident professional chef will be demonstrating the best of the wintry seasons’ fare available locally for you to recreate in your own kitchen. 2/10/08: ‘Orchids for Black Thumbs’ – A Valentine Primer (3-5pm)

Participants will learn the basics of Orchid biology and how to care for common groups to ensure years of successful growth and blossoms.
