I am fresh outta fresh thoughts today

Alright, I’ll admit it. I am not as spunky as I’d like to be this week, appendectomy and all. And I am totally distracted with getting the garden installation completed for the Boise Flower and Garden Show. And I have been sleeping a lot. So, I am relying on the great writers and thinkers that I turn to for inspiration: Roger at Kitchen Gardeners International has a great article hereregarding slow and local food. His plan is to grow one third of his family’s produce for the year. I applaud his mission and will see what feeble contribution I can make to my kitchen table this year.
