I’ve decided to try a little project, keeping track of what I do that is garden related, 365 days of the year. Yes, I eat, breath, dream, read, work gardens every day.
January 1: I organized all my seed catalogs, alphabetically. More importantly, I put them all in ONE PLACE. Granted, its a small endeavor, but garden related all the same. Plus,
I decanted a quart of the beautiful cherry heering and served it at our dinner party last night. Ahhhh, savoring the bounty of the garden in the depths of winter. Resolved to make a triple batch in 2010.
Mmmmmmm…….that cherry heering looks fantastic. Did you serve it on the rocks? I may have to give that a try this year.
I just tasted my cherry goodness last week…it was yummy! Thanks for the recipe
Yeah, I love this idea! I really do. My new year’s resolution will be to try and FOLLOW you over 365 days ~ that’s more exciting than doing it myself!
MA, you have to read my little essay called The Scarf Society. It will remind you of what we were doing together 2 months ago today!

I am officially overwhelmed by your BOLD resolution! What a wonderful ride this will be for us devoted readers. Hey, that reminds me time to go test my Cherry Heering.
This sounds like fun. H.

I just joined ths site. I Hope it is OK to ask for help on this page. I see no help area.
I wanted to post a comment to this entry :
http://www.gardensofthewildwildwest.com/index.php/2009/10/11/the-fearless-keeyla-meadows-my-color-hero/#comments.
I cannot figure out how to do it. Any ideas to point me in the right directio?
And also if this is a garden blog about Idaho, why does it seem that the writer of that entry above lives in my area of Berkeley?
Thanks for your help.
